New York Body Rhythms specially designed private and private group programs are for Couples and will teach you everything you need to know to feel confident on the dance floor. Lessons are offered in a comfortable, non-studio setting. No prior dance experience is needed, and your instructor will make it fun and easy to learn.

An Introductory Private dance lesson ($30.00) is suggested. An introductory lesson will help you decide the dances you are interested in and see if you like it. We offer full (1) hour lessons at affordable prices. No contracts, no hidden costs.
Our Private Group classes are designed especially for your own group of (6) people or more ($60/p.p. - total). Each (5) week program is designed to make you comfortable in the dances of your choice.
Just call to set-up your Introductory Dance Lesson or Private Group Class. If we are teaching there will be an answering machine to insure we do not miss your call.
